I love the mackinaw island fudge ice cream. The staff is very nice. I love the old fashioned theme and the drive through is very clever. Good free coffee. I love the name.

Do you think you have eaten ice cream? If you have not had this ice cream you have not! When you think of the most delicious ice cream ever made, that is bubbles! The ice cream is Devine as well as great service, always a smile!

Great ice cream and pies at a decent price. If you are in a hurry you could use their drive-​thru. Been here multiple times and the kids love it! They also sell pints and quarts of their ice-​cream.

Great ice cream and very friendly staff. What more to say? They’re open late in summer and they have a wide variety of flavors to please the whole family. There’s a drive thru if you can’t be bothered to leave your car, but the lines always move quickly.
The staff has always been helpful when I wanted something extra, like a hand packed pint, etc. We’ll be back.

A tasty, cute ice cream parlor.
Wish it had a better location though, closer to the beach would be nice.
It is also located directly across the street from the most-​unfortunate diner, Carlson’s.

I have been coming here for years but not since I have started Unilocal :-)
Came back and got a chocolate milk shake in their really cute drive through. Great milkshake but it only came in one size. I really liked it and will have to go back before they potentially close for the season. All in all great local place for ice cream!

Bubbles is a traditional part of our family vacations to Michigan City. The Sherman’s ice cream flavors are great, especially chocolate chip cookie dough. It’s a fun place, especially for kids!

This is a great little vintage ice cream shoppe that serves as the perfect stop after a hot dog at Carlson’s. Endless flavors, plastic booths, chipper staff and a bubble machine outside make it the right ending to a lazy summer day.

We really enjoy going and love the friendliness of the place Generous portions, Giant ice cream creations made the old fashioned way. Delicious hand-​dipped chocolates. Very Very GOOD
