Poor customer service. It appears management doesn’t understand the need to provide good customer service. They believe that because they sell stuff at low prices and that they are a charity they don’t have to treat their customers with respect. I’ve had problems with them and how they interacted with me.

This store has gone downhill dramatically. It used to have nice things, good buys and a wonderful selection of goods. Now, the shelves are bare, the items are stinky and in disrepair, and the selection is poor. The shoes should be thrown in the garbage — they are not fit for wear. Purses have been moved and the selection is nil… Store needs a major overhaul.
