J.Crew Factory Lighthouse Pl Premium Outlets

I love J. Crew and the J. Crew outlet but this outlet store is a different story. I’m used the the J. Crew store at the fashion outlet and thought thought this store might have a few deals. I walked in and never saw any employees until I was at the back by the cash registers. There was another employee by the sale section with a pile of clothes on the floor. I hope she was trying to organize the section but I did not get a chance to look at those sale items. I gave up on the women’s section and went to look at the kids clothes in the back of the store. This area was messy and unorganized so I did not attempt to look for anything. I noticed the mens shorts and did not want to look for sizes for my husband.
This store could use some improvement. It’s much easier to find certain thing items when they’re organized and clearly labeled. I’m not sure I would take the time to shop at this store again.

I am obsessed with J. Crew to the point that my entire closet is basically from there. It is an amazing company but this store is the worse. I have close to 10 of the same v-​necks and recently bought 2 more that had a defect with the seam. Instead of being straight down the side it is very obviously sewn at an angle to the point where they were so crooked I can’t wear them. I took them back to this store and was told by the man who worked there that they wouldn’t help me in a very rude manor and that even though it was defective they would not give me a new one or fix it. I understand that the price tags had been taken off before I realized the problem but when there is a defect that I obviously did not cause there should be some remedy. I don’t think I was asking for a lot by asking to do an even exchange for the same shirt without the error. I have never dealt with sales associates who clearly did not want to help or be there. That being said, I do not plan on returning to this store.

Some decent deals, but still not amazing. Pretty limited selection, definitely smaller than regular stores, maybe a third as big. I found a couple of things, and got a good deal on them, but I definitely had things I wished they’d had, even just different colors. Friendly staff.

My wife and I were the only two in the store and the regular employee was kind of put-​off-​ish, but oh well we were just digging for deals. Then when my wife was trying on clothes the store manager offered me a chair, that was great. When we were checking out she also mentioned the student discount. I wish all employees were like that manager. Thanks!
