This place deserves zero stars. I went in the store to see what Sprint had to offer. I spoke with the manager, I think his name is James but he goes by Bo. He told us that since we were porting numbers from Verizon there would be no activation fees. When they showed up on my bill, Bo said he would call the national support team and have them credited. I followed up with corporate and they said he never contacted them and there was nothing they could do. After over 2 hours of basically sitting on hold with Sprint, the agent contacted Bo at the store at which time he changed his story and lied to corporate. I guess Sprint has poor service across the board from customer service to phone service with countless dropped calls. Going back to Verizon today.
