I had just bought a new ignition switch for my car and one of the keys would not fit into my ignition. I took the key back to get it replaced and was told the key was made properly according to the key recognition machine. The employee working made a brand new key asked if he could try it in my ignition. It didn’t work so he got the manager/owner to try and try and solve the issue. The manager went out to my car to try and get the key to fit in the new ignition switch while the other employee was making an extra key for my door. When I walked out to my car, the manager was using a hammer to hammer the key into my new ignition switch(yes HAMNERING it). I yelled at him to stop but he got the key to fit in the switch. Here’s the catch. He broke my new ignition switch so that when I opened my door, whether or not my key was in the ignition, it dinged as though the key was in the ignition. They denied that they broke it and when I took it back to the repair shop, the switch had to be replaced AGAIN and they had to take out the sensor that recognizes the key is in the igniton. The repair shop called this company to make them pay for the new switch since they broke it and they refused! I cannot believe that any person let alone a manager/owner of a key making store would think it’s a good idea to hammer a key that doesn’t fit into an ignition switch. The repair shop said they also will not do business with the place in the future.

Locked myself out of my condo today and called Crest Lock. The women who answered the phone was very nice and helpful. The technician got here quickly and was very knowledgeable. Great job rekeying locks on a new house. They came out pretty fast and got the job done quick. Very prompt and reasonable price, professional and competent. The technician was wonderful and very informative. He remedied my problem within minutes and was extremely courteous. It was obvious that customer satisfaction was his goal.
