The place switched to Polish Nail and Spa. Tina runs the place and she’s my favorite person!!! I was relieved to know that the place is still here! She does great work! Their new number is 410−344−1116!

Tammy is no longer there. Your nails will turn out like crap if you go. I had gel nails and also pink/white. They both turned out lumpy.

I’ve gone in to this location twice in the last couple of months. I got a pedi and a shellac mani on separate occasions. For the pedicure, I felt extremely rushed. I had an appointment so there was no reason for them to rush me around. They do have a great selection of colors. She cut my toenails uneven and too short, and on a couple of toes, I started bleeding because she was pretty rough with my cuticles. Since they were rushing me out the door, my toes were still wet, and the pedicure pretty much looked terrible when it dried. For the manicure, they have a good selection of no-chip colors, but again I was rushed on making my choices. Same thing happened with my cuticles again on my fingers. Hands were not soaked in water before getting scrubbed and cuticles pulled. The no chip paint job, was mediocre at best. She put four coats of color, plus the base and top coat. It was uneven, and bunched up at the tips. There were way too many coats and so it started peeling off within a week. They do provide a box with your name on it, that keeps a buffer and file that is only used on you… although I find it a little gross that they use the same buffer from your toes on your hands, without sanitizing it in between each visit. Yes it’s my dead skin, but bacteria will grow on anything wet. The technician seems nice, but the overall experience is bad, as are the services. For 60+ bucks between the two visits, the services should have been better.

A week ago I got a gel manicure here and it’s held up quite well so far. No lifting at all. They have a HUGE selection of gel colors making the decision difficult if you’re indecisive. I like that the salon gives each client their own«personal care» box with items only used when you come for a service. I will absolutely be back in the future — can’t resist a nail salon that I could walk to from my apartment. Definitely recommend to anyone else looking for quick service and reasonable prices.

This is a pretty good place to get a quick mani or pedi. Dylan the owner is great and is very good at what he does. Four stars for being good in a pinch, you can always walk in. It’s pretty clean and everyone has their own personal tool box for the technician to use.

I absolutely love this place. To start, its clean and everyone are professional. I go every 2 – 3 weeks so they kind of know my face. They only carry OPI& Essie polishes so that’s a big plus for me. MY manicures typically last 10 days, no lie, this is why I come back because i do not use gel or acrylic. I LOVE that they also put your hands in these warm/hot bags with lotion, it makes your hands soft. Their pedicure services are decent, I only get the standard pedicure, haven’t tried anything else. So total, mani/pedi is $ 37 and with the services they provide, I am surprise they don’t charge more. Their décor is nice and a lot better than the typical Vietnamese salons. If you’re close, I’d definitely say give this place a chance,

Creative Nails is clean(major points) and had many nail polish colors to choose from. I also can’t stress how AMAZING it was that they had a receptionist. I am used to having my nail technician interrupt my services for the phone, to process payment for another client, or answer the door. This is a huge plus for me. I had a pedicure and manicure; both were okay, but my technician was not all that wonderful. The pedicure was great, but she then rushed through my manicure and all of the nails were rough on the edges and only ¾ of each nail was painted. I asked that she correct the paint job, which she did; however, the paint is now almost all peeled off less than 36 hours later. I would return to this salon because the positives outweigh the negatives, but I would absolutely request a different technician. I believe the technician I saw was Tina. I plan on calling the salon in the morning and discussing the awful paint job. i will follow up with another post to let you know their response.
