Came here to get a pair of JBL bluetooth headphones.
I went back to the electronics section and the guy back there had almost no clue about the headphones. And when i asked about price-matching amazon. He said they don’t price-match amazon. I quickly said I GET PRICE-MATCHES all the time at the bel air target. So he called the dept mgr over and he said the exact same thing in a rude voice.
I said well let’s go to customer service and i quickly showed them the GIANT SIGN that said they DID price match amazon. THEY QUICKLY SHUT UP.
Anyway the customer service counter did the price-match very quickly and that was it.
So warning to Unilocalers. Don’t give into what they say IF YOU KNOW YOU’RE RIGHT…

This place gets worse every time I come here. It used to be a decent store, but I’m sure the suits got involved to «maximize profit», and the experienced pharmacy staff is gone, the store’s as disorganized as ever, the lines get longer, etc. What’s left is a Walmart with higher prices. Fortunately though, there’s a solution as a consumer.

In-store Starbucks! Need I say more? It’s not as crowded as some of the other Targets since it’s a bit tucked away (aka in a bombed out strip mall), but more for me! Even without the client population necessary to support this location, there’s still pretty decent staffing & inventory for all your general one-stop needs including groceries, electronics, fashion items, and the occasional wild card. Some of the specialty or seasonal items can be harder to find (and are likely harder to stock) but it’s still all good and I’ll always be a fan of this location.

Usually when I walk in there, lots of great friendly greets and helpful employees that will help you find what you are looking for, but I noticed when I was in there today, an employee was scanning in products and throwing them halfway across the isle… The particular items were in the computer accessories isle and the items thrown were wireless routers.
Bottom line, usually my trips there are nice, but it’s not good to see an employee throwing around pricey routers halfway across the isle.

What can you say, it’s a Target. I rather pay the premium in going to target then Walmart. Generally always carry what i am looking for and the quality of the house brand products is pretty good. As for customer service at this location, i can’t really complain. Have always have had cheerful people at the registers, and has been fast as well. Will I go back to this Target, well i have no reason not to.

Middle River, MD

Always empty, possibly because of the rougher area it is located in.
Has a Starbucks inside, major bonus, but it is an express with so-so help.
Recently upgraded to include groceries and even some produce.
Better than the local Wal-mart by leaps and bounds.
