I’m writing this review purely on the double shot cappuccino I ordered and must say it was absolutely deeeeelicious: the taste was excellent and pure. The review has 4 instead of 5 because I didn’t try anything else and the venue, although I love the colors, its a bit vacant. It could use something else to make it cozier. Still, I would make this my to go place if I lived in the neighborhood, that is IF they offered Wi-Fi.

This place had really good tasting gelato. I just don’t feel as comfortable in this place as I do in other cafes. For some odd reason, I’m always the only person here all the time. Seriously, every single time! I have been wondering for a long time how this place stays in business. Wonder if they are running some other business behind the scenes. The place is good though. The gelato is good. Coffee is ok.

Been living in middle village for 3 years and always passed this place but never gone in. Hubby and I finally decided to try it for their gelato and were hooked! It’s real gelato like the one you get in Europe! Prices Are reasonable and the people have been friendly every time i visit. I haven’t tried anything else but I’m sure it’s good.

I would come here all the time last semester to do homework and just relax with some coffee. The girls that work here are incredibly sweet and polite and the coffee is great. Their cookies are pretty good as well. A bit more expensive than your average deli coffee, especially for a poor college student but the quality and taste are superb and definitely worth it.

I’m definitely a fan of this place, even if I don’t necessarily care for the gelato– I was happy they had dark chocolate which is kind of rare in general, but it was sooo sweet. I don’t blame the establishment; I’m just not used to eating gelato. And I really consider this place to be the epitome of cozy. It’s average sized, but as soon as you walk in, whether it’s the slightly dim lighting to the medium blue walls, it felt like a really organized bedroom, with an ice cream station/cashier area and tables and chairs of course! Now onto the staff– thick accents, maybe Eastern European, but SUPER, SUPER friendly. Not snobby or aloof at all. They were smiles, and assisted people with ease. It definitely made you feel welcome, and if I was a bigger fan of Gelato, I would sit there with a book/laptop and gorge myself while doing some writing!

Cute place I passed by on my way home one evening. I kept it in mind for coffee/dessert spot when I need one. I did Unilocal it and everyone talked about the pistachio gelato. I came here for a little dessert after my bday dinner at Uvarara this past Wednesday. I had the pistachio gelato, and so did my husband. We both loved it. It had great pistachio flavor. While $ 3 a scoop seems normal for gelato, it was quite a tiny scoop. Good thing gelato is extremely rich because otherwise it would really feel like a rip-off.

I didn’t hate the place, but I wouldn’t come back. I haven’t been to this place before and I was going there hoping for some good, REAL, cappuccino. Unfortunately they just have a cappuccino machine(like the kind they have in 7-eleven) that they just press a button and put it into a deli cup. I wasn’t expecting this ATALL from an Italian café, it was a huge disappointment. I also had a 3 $ scoop of the stracciatella gelato, which I found delicious but overpriced. On the other hand, it was pretty quiet in there and it looked pretty. Also, the girl behind the counter was super sweet. However, that isn’t enough to make me want to spend my money. Sad to say I won’t be back. P. S. they do brew their own coffee and I am not sure but I THINK they make fresh espresso. So if that is your thing then this might be the place for you. Just not for me.

This cute café is a great place to relax and have an espresso. The barista is extremely friendly, the space is bright and clean, and the prices are very reasonable. I must go back and try the gelato, which is supposedly amazing.

The best gelato I’ve had thus far! Pistachio is my favorite(perfect texture and flavor!). Service was extremely friendly.

Fave hang-out. The barista is multi-lingual, friendly and concocts the best caffeinated drinks around(thanks to the top-of-the-line coffee machines). The sweet pairings of biscotti and cookies are a must. An affordable & enjoyable experience, «to stay or to go». Opens 6 am and closes at 1 am everyday. Yep!

Have to agree gelato is quite amazing, not a place to go eat although place is nice, it’s a typical italian café where same people hang out everyday, just pull up, get your delicious gelato and be happy. Try the pistachio, amazing.

After a trip to Italy, I have been on a constant quest to find gelato as amazing as I had there. As a result, I have sampled gelato far and wide and have found some places where it came pretty close! After a while, I just figured I wouldn’t find exactly what i had been looking for and was content with my options. Enter the blazing summer of 2010. I was melting in the heat running my errands and decided to drop in here for a scoop. I found it!!! Gelato with the exact taste, consistency and richness of the ones I have daydreamed about for years. Mmmmmmm. Finally.
