This place is awesome. Talk about fantastic deals! They have a huge selection and you can easily spend an hour or 2 shopping. This is going to be my new go-to spot for shopping. They have cheap clothes, shoes, home goods, accessories, etc. You do have to spend the time to look through everything but it’s worth when you find something you love that’s very inexpensive. I bought a sweater and black pants and my total was $ 27. The lady that works in the fitting room was also very funny and brightened my mood. She was friendly and was good at checking on everyone to see if they needed another size. I stopped by on my lunch break, otherwise I would have spent more time shopping around in all the sections. I would recommend coming here for holiday shopping as well since it’s right around the corner. This place is WAY better than Marshall’s and Burlington Coat factory which are across the street. If you are a bargain shopper with style you must make a visit. :)

Make sure u have time to search… At first glance there is much to be desired, but it’s a hidden gem. Gabes has everything clothing to household items

Gabriel Brothers, I used to love you so much… Gabriel Brothers is a great place to find clothing /household goods, and shoes at a much reduced rate. However, there is a catch. You have to search through the crap to find it and then make sure the item is intact without blemish. I’ve been going to «Gabe’s» for years. I like the hunt, the thrill of the kill(i.e. bargain) and the bragging rights. However, each time I come to this location I feel it has gotten messier, trashier, and more low-end than ever. Used to be you’d walk into«Gabe’s» and find a stellar Calvin Klein find or maybe something from Ann Taylor. These days its the left-over junk from Walmart, Target, and KMart. Really, I find this disappointing. Over the weekend I was at a Gabe’s in Toledo which I mistook for a Marshall’s because it was so fancy, nice, clean, and all the sale’s people were wearing a uniform! This is not my ghetto-fab«Gabe’s» to be sure. My «Gabe’s» has mile-long lines with only 1(max 2) registers open with 1 maybe competent person behind the register. My «Gabe’s» has stuff shoved in /on racks it doesn’t belong on and the store is trashed all the time. I recognize that this is not the«Gabe’s» of the past. I hope either the new Gabe’s brand comes in and cleans up my «Gabe’s» or some management recognizes the filth and cleans it up. It’s kind of a sad day for my «Gabe’s» if you ask me. You can still find the random bargain, just be prepared for what you have to go through to get it.
