Bella Mera Bridal provides outstanding customer services. We wanted to order a veil online and found one at a very reasonable price, significantly lower than in the store. We called for more information and Jennifer was extremely helpful. She gave us a code for a discount when it wouldn’t work on the site. She also gave us free shipping. However, we decided we preferred to pick up the veil instead of having it shipped. Jennifer was very accommodating in arranging a time when we could pick it up. We then had to ship in instead due to work conflicts and again she was very accommodating. We received it the next business day. You don’t find this type of customer service very often these days.
