I came across Betty’s Chips and Salsa at my local Farmer’s Market, specifically, the one located in Bristow, VA in the parking lot of the Bristow Montessori School off of Devlin Road — which is open every Sunday.
Betty’s makes this amazingly tasty and delicious series of traditional salsa’s and salsa verde’s. I am a big fan of her spicy Salsa Verde. And it’s a healthy, tasty snack dip — with virtually no calories!
As far as I am aware — she currently does not have a physical storefront in Middleburg — so find her at any number of Farmer’s Markets!
