This is a great playground and water park for kids. The park is clean, the landscape is well maintained, as well as the play equipment. The whole area is pretty wide open but spread out in a way that you can park-it, as an adult, and still keep an eye on the kiddos where ever they may be at the park. There are three covered picnic areas, some uncovered picnic tables under shaded trees, and plenty of benches to accommodate a wave of folks trying to enjoy what few sunny days we have here in the O-H to the I-O. As far as the play area, there is plenty of area for the kids to play including: two splash areas(one smaller, I think, for the smaller kiddos), two larger jungle gym/slides/climbing/etc areas, a swings area, and a music play area. All in all a great place to play outside throughout the year and even better during the summer months.

This place is starting to become the go-to location for all kinds of unsavory individuals with their 10 kids that run around out of control while they kick back with a Newport 100 and neck tattoos and play on Facebook. Middlefield seriously needs to post No Smoking signs where these idiots can blatantly see them. Kids are stepping on cigarette butts and who needs smoke blown in their kid’s face?
