I used to go to Griffins yearly until one year I was misquoted a price of a potted tree over the phone and when I went to pay the owner kept saying I was too stupid to understand. I am smart enough to understand a quoted price so we left the tree there. It was a shame as it was a family tradition, now nobody in my family ever went back.
