You can schedule an appointment online… and in my case, the exact same day. I was able to work in a massage during work and even choose the style of massage. Once I arrived, it was in and with my therapist. A finishing touch was that I was given a bottle of water (to go) and some exercises to do that will help keep those muscles stretched. Fantastic!

Wonderful massages, quiet building, decent cost, no complaints. I highly recommend Kristina if you like deep tissue. I’ve never been anything but impressed with Elements.

Really happy with my massage here. It’s more convenient than the other place I’ve gone and parking is easy. Rates are competitive and the the receptionist applied the $ 10 new client discount even though I forgot to print my coupon and I forgot to ask for the discount.
Saw Dave who is really good at what he does. I requested a therapeutic massage and he did a fantastic job and was really mindful of checking in on my pain tolerance. I had no idea I was even sore in some of the spots he hit. But what was a nice bonus was that he started and ended with relaxing massage. In the past other therapists elsewhere have just worked on the sore spots and been done. It was really lovely.
They have quite a few therapists and online appointment booking so I had no trouble getting an appointment exactly when I wanted one.

Second time here and it was not a charm. Wife and I had our second couple massage. Only reason we went back this time was due to a gift card given to us. My experience was pretty good, but not my wife’s. Nice place, but you get the sense they don’t care. You are better off to go to Dr. Zhou’s and get the students to do it. They are beging evaluated.

I love going here for my massages! The atmosphere is pleasant and calming. I never have a problem getting in or out and I never have to wait long. And I’m always very comfortable going here, which has not always been the case with other places I have went for massages.
Also, they are a great wellness program which is how I got started into becoming a regular customer.

I’ve been to Elements a few times and have seen quite a few of the staff, who are all very good, but a couple of weeks ago I had Kat for the first time — it was amazing!!! She doesn’t work everyday and she tends to fill up quickly but she works most weekends and if you call a couple days early she can usually get you in. She found sore spots I didn’t even realize I had! An hour just wasn’t long enough! I’m totally hooked!
