We were extremely disappointed with this company. Found them to be unprofessional and
Unethical. Had to wait months for Tony to respond to work he performed in our home at a time when we had the worst winter ever. We had a thermostat installed which was pricey. The thermostat was still under warranty so we called for a replacement. They charged us $ 157.50 for a replacement stating his services were not under the warranty AFTER the fact! On top of this Tony sent an invoice stating we signed a contract to have to pay for collection costs. However Tony could not produce our signature anywhere because we never signed one.
We could have installed the 2 screws to the thermostat ourselves and saved us $ 157.50 if only he was upfront with us.
To sum this… Tony does the work and randomly sends out a bill. He does not stand behind his company or help his customers.
