Oxi Fresh of Middleton Carpet Cleaning

The combination of three kids and two pets took their toll on our white carpets this summer, so it was time to give Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning a call. It was easy peasy setting up the appointment — the person I spoke to over the phone answered all my questions, explained all my options in full detail and scheduled a convenient time for the appointment. I promptly received a confirmation e-​mail with time, date and services I ordered.
While the Oxi Fresh cleaning techs are normally punctual, this was not the case this time around. I received an apologetic call fifteen minutes after the scheduled cleaning time indicating he was a couple hours behind schedule. While I appreciated the call, I wish he had called sooner, allowing me the opportunity to adjust my afternoon schedule.
One thing I am grateful for about Oxi is that I always get the same tech, so he knows our house and its high traffic areas. I have tried a number of different carpet cleaners, but I get the best results from Oxi Fresh. They do a remarkable job of removing nasty-​looking stains left by sick pets and careless teenagers. They never seem rushed to complete their work — they take the time they need to get the desired result.
While Oxi says the carpets will dry in one hour, they were still a little wet after 24 hours, even with the assistance of a fan to speed matters along.
This time around, I also used Oxi to clean a sofa that also serves as the preferred grazing spot for the kids and the prime napping location for the family pooch. It was so bad, my wife was ready to toss it to the curb (the sofa, not the kids /​dog) and buy a new one. The tech spent a good 45 minutes working on the sofa and I have to say, the sofa looks almost as good as new after he finished.
There are boatloads of carpet cleaners out there, none of them gives me a better result than Oxi Fresh, so I am willing to accept the occasional inconvenience.

They did a great job and cleaned all my high traffic areas very well. I have a carpet cleaning machine and it did not come even close to getting the carpet as clean as Oxi Fresh did. We are believers in this process and the price is much better than a lot of other services.
