I have been using St Cyr’s for the last three years now for opening/closing my in-ground pool. Their prices are reasonable and the technicians that they send out are extremely friendly and knowledgable. Being fairly new to pools, I always use the questions about the pool equipment and general questions regarding maintenance and their technicians are always super helpful in providing me with the information I need, even though it technically isn’t even their job. I will continue to use these guys for as long as I have a pool!

I am on my 3rd Jacuzzi purchase from St Cyrs. #1 was purchased maybe 12 or so years ago. It was great, St Cyrs was great with delivery and any(very little) required service. After about 6 – 7 years we had a leak in the tub which was determined to come from deep inside the tub, which meant that the unit would have to go back to the shop, have all of the foam insulation removed, and many hours of debugging. The cost(it was out of warranty) was going to be about ~$ 2000. We decided it was time for a new jacuzzi. #2 was purchased 5 or so years ago — we bought the identical Dimension 1 Spa and had similar great service and support from JR and the folks at St Cyrs. But after 3 – 4 short years, it appeared we had another leak(water level was dropping 2−3″ per week). St Cyrs worked through the debugging, and it was determined the leak was coming from up inside the foam insulation. This time, they worked with us and did some of the debugging on my back deck and indeed the leak was coming from deep inside the foam insulation. JR was all over this and felt it was wrong that we had TWO tubs that leaked and we actually only bought the 2nd one because the first one leaked. So JR took it upon himself to call D1 and really push them to just flat out give us a new unit. He kept me in the loop the whole time(we were without a working unit for several weeks) and ultimately D1 said«no». JR wasn’t happy, but vowed to make it right and get the unit fixed. A few more weeks went by without an update from St Cyrs, and I was getting frustrated so I followed up with JR. It turns out he had been working behind the scenes and finally convinced D1 that we deserved a new unit. The new unit was delivered the next day! On top of that he got us the unit that was 1 step up from our current unit and now had enhanced lighting and a water feature. We were and are extremely happy with everything they have done for us over the past years and really enjoy our new(non-leaky) jacuzzi! Oh, and they have a great customer appreciation day coming up on 11÷14÷15. Hot tubs filled with sodas and water(canned of course), food and great discounts on chemicals and supplies.
