I fully agree with the previous(filtered) review. WFI looks great on the outside– very nice building and exam rooms, etc., but this does not make up for the poor quality of care. We did several unsuccessful medicated cycles there and when we asked about more aggressive treatments our concerns were waved off as «not necessary.» Then suddenly out of the blue we were told we needed to go straight to IVF, despite the fact that they had never done ANY testing on either me or my husband(not so much as a simple blood draw). We had reservations about going there in the first place, given all of the bad reviews we have seen online, but it is the only in-network provider for our insurance so we gave it a try. I am now really regretting that decision– I wish we’d followed our instincts from the beginning. We are now switching to Generations through UW and hoping for a better experience there.
