I’ve been a customer at A-​1 Cleaners for years and never had an issue, until recently. I dropped something off for a tuck and when I was given it back, the work hadn’t been done. I explained to the woman that I’ve been going for years and simply wanted the work done I requested or my money back. She rudely brushed me off and insisted the work had been done — when it looked exactly as it did when I dropped it off! I’ll never go back and don’t advise anyone does, either, unless you want to risk getting ripped off!
