We recently decided to replace our old heating system and after several meetings and estimates we chose to go with Absolute Air. Steve spent well over an hour with us explaining in detail the various pros and cons of systems until we settled on the that was right for our set of requirements. We really liked that he tried to find the best system for our needs ! He even helped us navigate the loan process that Eversource was offering. We scheduled a date and the installation team was on time and got right to work. They did run into a few issues due to the area where the unit had to go, but they thought on their feet and quickly resolved them. They replaced out whole system in just two days, as promised ! Steve himself came back towards the end to ensure everything was working properly. I would strongly encourage anyone looking to replace or maintain their systems to go with Absolute Air.

I spent 4 months doing estimates, with 8 contractors, trying to decide the best thing to do with my current forced hot air, oil heating system at my home. After months of back and forth I decided to go with Absolute Air Services, and I am extremely glad that I did. They were attentive to my questions and concerns and completed everything above my expectations. My job went a day longer than expected and one of the owners spend the better half of the final day there double checking all the work that was completed and making sure it was up to his standards, which were way above my standards. I also noticed that he went above and beyond working with him employees, going through his thought process on things, reviewing the component manuals to make sure that they pick up on certain things on future projects, like a true leader should do. The little time I spend with Steve and his team, I felt it was more like a family then a business and that is very important to me comping from a family business.

Scheduled 2 appointments and both times they called me 20 minutes prior to arrival to cancel. Rearranged work on both days just to be inconvenienced.
