Right on Francine. This place sucks. I don’t know how another company doesn’t come in and completely wipe them out. After I returned a machine I had rented for about 6 months, they tried charging me for the machine and pushed it to the point of collections. Luckily l had all of my paperwork. The customer service is in Asia and are completely useless. The local branch supposedly doesn’t have a phone so a customer can’t call there. I am seriously thinking about starting my own medical rental business down the street from this location. I could snatch 90% of apria’s business without even trying. Apria is the worst.

You people don’t know your head from your asses!!! Thank you so much for screwing up my account for not doing your fucking jobs right when my insurance changed!!! How is that you don’t even know that you need an authorization and you take from June to October to get it? I had to tell you my insurance needed it, which you didn’t even know! And you also waited that long to verify my insurance when it should of been done within30 days of when I walked in there and handed you my new insurance information! And yet you assholes want to renew the contract and now make me pay out of pocket for it when I was supposed to own it in 2 more months!!! Fuck you all at Apria, I will never use you for medical devices again!!! And no one else should ever use them either!!! Their billing is in another fucking state which is a pain in the ass to deal with on the phone, and they have no problem trying to screw you over for more and more money!!! I hope you assholes need something for your care one day and you get fucked over like you have done to other people!!! Apria you suck!!!
