Buck’s 24 Hour Diner

It was cheap enough, but they got our order wrong and the majority of the food tasted pretty bad. It was the only time I’ve been there and it was late at night so hopefully it was just a fluke.

Began coming here after they changed it from The Liberty. I was nervous because their former place was an absolute dump rife with hookers and junkies. The beginning went well. Food was at least a B– or above. Service was adequate. It has gone down though. The once awesome pies are now mediocre or worse. My last slice a banana cream was merely instant pudding with whipped cream and BROWN bananas.
Food is inconsistent day to day. Too salty today, bland tomorrow, served cold the next. Server turnover is a problem too. They all seem to be ‘just doing this a few days to get my phone reconnected.’ They are as likely to pre-​bus as they are to be studying pre-​med. I had a spaghetti three way (microwaved) and had to ask THREE times for hot sauce.
I may come here at 3am rather than drive to Franklin, but not otherwise.

Small town diner, love the 24hr aspect. In a town this size, you’d you’d think we’d have more. Good menu selection, I’ve eaten there for breakfast, lunch and dinner and never been disappointed. I do have to say that I’ve never seen the place packed, but the food is always hot and it’s not too expensive.

Tasty and quick, and doesn’t hurt the wallet.
Enjoyed the food but definitely smelled like people had been smoking inside. Took away some of the enjoyment.

wrote a review before saying breakfast was awesome at 1am… just went in there for a burger n fries… place smelled like 20 nasty cat litter boxes. Tim left carrying a lrg bag of dog food… I went ahead and got my food… horrible! I asked the server if Tim kept cats n dogs in there due to the smell, she said no, they are having problems with sewage… I will never go there again. I knew it would turn into a shit hole, booze or not.

Just a great small town diner. The prices are great, and the food is pretty good too. :)

I go here almost anytime I am in town for at least one beer. It should be a registered historic site.

Great breakfast, country B&G, BBQ hot wings (.35 cent special), full bar, bar pool tables, 8-​ball tournament Sundays at 5:00, karaōke T, TH, Sat nights, jukebox, didn’t get to try anything off their lunch and dinner menu but it looks great.
