We have been stuck in this line for 25 minutes! This is ridiculous. They obviously have a problem at this location. I’m not the only person that this has happen to.

Alrighty, Burger King. The line was long tonight, and not moving very quickly, but I was not too concerned until I got to the window to pay. The cashier took my card. I waited about five minutes wondering what the heck was the problem, when she told me she was getting her manager because the paper for the receipt was jammed. Okay. I don’t even need a receipt, but whatever. So I waited, and waited, and the cars behind me were getting pissed because they were stuck in line with no way out. Eventually after over ten minutes at the window(not counting the amount of time I waited before ordering) the manager asked if I had cash. I did not. He handed the card back and said, «Sorry. Our machine is not taking cards right now.» Seriously? That’s it? OMG– that is customer service at its absolute worst! Surely the food was made after waiting 20+ minutes. You couldn’t have just given it to me and apologzied for the wait? I should have made a stink to the manager. I know stuff happens, but you don’t just waste that amount of time, then basically say, «Sorry. Too bad.»

ordered 2 whoppers and got 2 chicken sandwiches. dont bother going here anymore. i wont.
