Terrible service. got a price quote over phone to have a key fob programmed. they refused to cut the key even after confirming quote over phone. beware!!!

I could not be happier with the service we received from the folks at Dash. I called Dash in advance to schedule a visit to change locks after our tenant moved out. The gentleman was so honest and said to just unscrew the barrel and bring in the keys for $ 25 a piece vs a $ 125 service call. Not being handy, we opted for the service call anyway. Luckily the tech arrived promptly during the first few minutes of the two hour window we were given, bc our tenant skipped out and we forgot to bring our spare set of keys. AJ was great. He got us into the house and changed all locks. We paid over $ 300 but it was well worth it in the end. Great service. We are now customers for life.
