Had a great experience here. Very nice rooms and great customer service. Will stay again if when I’m in the area.

I am never disappointed when staying at a Drury and this location is a perfect representation of what you can expect with a Drury stay. Our first encounter was with Johnie at the front desk — he was cordial and very welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The happy hour and hot breakfast are complete meals!!! Not only are Drury’s economical to begin with, add in the meals, and staying at Drury is a no brainer. Lastly, they are exceptionally clean — I must for anywhere I want to stay.

I had never heard of Drury Inn before. I booked it cause it was close the our job site. When I got there looked like a decent place. Went up to my room it was pretty standard. Than I do what i do in all hotels and test the wifi. This is the best hotel wifi i have ever had! Next Morning woke up to QuickStart breakfast. It was awesome! I loved making my own waffles ! They tasted great! They have a pool and hot tub very nice. I would definitely stay here again. I would also recommend this to everyone!

After a long day of traveling me and my wife were pleased to see the hot tub and pool area. We got checked in and got in the tub. After about 5 minutes the attendant came in and kicked us out. When asked about staying she firmly said the pool closes at 10. After forcing us to leave she picked up one towel and shut off the lights. Management clearly needs to set rules that allow them to control the environment for the comfort of all guests. Pool hours of 9AM to 10PM allows management to control these activities when needed and management needs to train employees on customer friendly ways to enforce the rules, as needed. In our case since we were the only people in the pool management could have trained staff to inform us the pool closed at 10 but that they would wait until we were finished to close. They could have waited until we left at 10:30 and came in to shut off the lights. WOW that would have been nice. Having the rules in place sets the control and the staffs enforcement can be based on current conditions. Clearly, if a large group of people were still using the pool at 10 and being loud strict enforcement of the policy would be appropriate. Management clearly needs a lesson in the need to set policy and customer friendly manner to enforce the policy.

Stayed here during the Cincinnati Open and was very impressed! My wife was nervous after the horrid hotel she chose for the Kentucky Derby but she did alright this time! Travelocity messed up our reservation, and although booked, Drury Inn made fast work of getting us into a room. You get a happy hour from 5 – 7. That’s FREE food and drink including alcohol people! And ask for a double of something, that counts too! Score. The food was hot food like nachos, hot dogs etc. If we weren’t picky about food, we would have hit that up — but good if you’re traveling with kids. The pool is the size of a hot tub. Lame. The rooms were normal hotel rooms — nothing special but nothing dreadful either. There’s a lot of things within driving and walking distance. We took advantage of the Kroger next door, walked there, and used our microwave and mini-fridge for snacking! It’s a good location for the Open, so I think we might hit this one up again.

We booked this hotel as part of a package that included tickets for King’s Island and the Cincinnati Zoo and we could not have been happier. The only thing holding us back from 5 stars was that the location was a little out of the way for us and they serve the same meal every day. The staff were all super friendly, esp the nice gentleman of a certain age bartending for the dinner crowd. They let us check in a few hours too. The room was great and the beds were comfy. The bathroom was updated and clean and our room had a big flat screen tv. There is a small fridge and microwave hidden in the dresser as well. The free meals were awesome. The breakfast wasn’t just cereal either. There was a waffle maker, french toast, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs and sausage, muffins, fruit, yogurt and other stuff too. Dinner had hot dogs, chicken nuggets, the makings for taco salad and broccoli cheddar soup and a salad station. The next days’ meals were identical, but that’s ok, they were still good meals. Dinner came with 3 free drinks too. They had beer, wine and a small assortment of liquors. The margaritas were really tasty too! This place is great for families. No need to drag the kids out for dinner, eat here! We will definitely be looking for this chain in the future.

This is a nice place with clean rooms, the free breakfast and ‘kickback’ dinner arn’t bad, but for a proper meal I’d go else where. Can get booked up quickly.

Four stars for a Drury Inn may sound high, but this place really went out of their way during our stay. This is the hotel my wife and stayed at, as well as all our guests, for our wedding weekend. The place has all the amenities that made it our choice for the special day. It has a hot tub, indoor/outdoor pool, free breakfast, free popcorn, free pop machine, workout room, and a large lounge area. The rooms also had flat screen TVs and thermostats rather than just ON or OFF. Again, what made this place stand out was the service they provided. A group of at least 80 people came back after the reception and they let us drink and party in the lounge for at least another two hours. They also handled our gift bags for the guests very well too.
