I’ve been going here for a few years and was generally happy. About a month ago they lost two of my shirts. I bought replacements because I couldn’t find my ticket. I wore them once and they burned one of the new ones. It’s been 17 days and I can’t get it resolved because the owner Felicia won’t return my calls. It’s a shame Felicia isn’t bright enough to see she’s just lost a $ 1000/year customer of over a $ 40 shirt

Beth K. is absolutely right! I took a dress here to have a button sewn on. They lost the first one, so I supplied them with an extra button that came with the dress, they lost that one too!!! They tried to find buttons to match it on their own, and it was close, but of coarse, not an exact match. When I finally got my dress back 19 days later, there was no apology, and the seamstress didn’t ask if I was satisfied with the work or not, simply turned her back on me and walked away! I will not be going back!

Count your clothes. They’re famous for losing things. Also the launder your shirts even though you pay and say DRYCLEANONLY.
