They put a spica brace on my daughter incorrectly — we passed 3 nurses and one doctor on our way out and no one picked up on this ridiculous error

Since I can never get in to see a doctor this is my go to place for medical care. They have good hours and the wait is never long. Not really personal service but I don’t think that is goal.

unknowledgeable staff! I Called the day before to ask if they accept my insurance and they said they did, went in the next day filled out all of the paperwork gave my INSuraNce card along with a urine sample. While I was waiting in the room to be seen by the dr. the rude receptionist comes in and tells me they do NOT accept my insurance. How unprofessional that Iam told this at the last minute as I am waiting in the room after already giving a urine sample! a complete waste of my time.
