I went there originally because they took both my wife’s and my insurance. Super convenient with Sunday appt’s. The appt was ready and waiting for us. The staff and the Dr. were true professionals in every sense. I was not only comfortable with the Dr and his exam but he explained everything to me in clear laymen s terms. The assortment of frames was extraordinary and plenty of free ones on my plan. Felt no pressure for add ons but they were offered and explained. Equipment seems up to date and modern

My family and I have come here a few times to get glasses. The customer service is pretty good and they are very fast when it comes to having the glasses ready when they say that they shall be ready. Price wise they are much cheaper than other vision centers.
I recommend their services to anyone.

They give a great eye exam. Its the only place my mom (65) can go where she feels comfortable and well handled. In ordering products such as glasses they have a lot of room to grow. As of this review we still have no idea where the glasses are. Supposed to be mailed. They either never were mailed or they were lost!!! Who knows cause they don’t! If they fix this aspect of their business and take more care in getting the physical products that people need in to their hands in a courteous and timely manner then they will most certainly be a five star business. Until then I feel three is a stretch.

The only reason I come to this store is because it’s the closest to me that accepts my union plan. Prepare to wait MONTHS for your glasses as well as your contact lenses. It’s ridiculous how long the wait is EVEN if u pay out of pocket. Been going here since 2004. Have not been satisfied at all.
