Try the hotdogs! You will not be disappointed. 5 stars just for the hotdogs, because the gal taking order was not very happy to be there. Definitely, we will be back when in Western MD.

This place is amazing! I was a little apprehensive since it’s in a gas station, but well worth the leap of faith. I am a cheesesteak snob and this was delicious. I’ve also branched out to other items like their sub club. You really can’t go wrong.

I wish I could give zero stars.
My husband and I, bolstered by the solid reviews, followed our stomachs to Freddie’s Subs one Saturday afternoon while visiting my family. That was a huge mistake. I waited with our 3 month old in the car while he ran in. 20 minutes later and he still wasn’t out. It took more than 40 minutes to have the people behind the counter make one meatball sub and one turkey sub. In the meantime, the staff were filling call in orders while my husband was the only one in the shop. I told him once we got our subs that they better be the best subs ever. They were not. They did not even get our order correct. It was such a disappointing experience, made even worse by a fussy baby and a stressed out husband. Never again and I caution others to avoid, as well.

Nice little sub shop. Went there because a friend said they have good cheese steaks but I think they’re cheese burgers are better. They also have a good western fries. It’s inside the BP gas station on main st. They have a small seating area for about 10 people.

So happy to have a decent sub place in Middletown, way better then subway! Way fresher! Orders have always been correct and everyone has been friendly there. So much meat loaded on. Jersey shore is my favorite– Steak and cheese is hubby’s favorite! You need to go!

Been there several times. Tried several of their subs. Subs have been really good each time. Staff was friendly and orders have been correct. Glad to have them in Middletown. The jalapeño steak and cheese sub rocks.

This sub shop is in the BP gas station. People were friendly, and prices were affordable. Good meat and roll. They didn’t get the toppings quite right, but next time we’ll hang around by the counter to watch it be made.
