Is is possible to give Zero stars? Be very wary of even trying this business. I have been having my shirts laundered by dry cleaners for 15 years and I have never had an experience like I had here. My cheapness cost me much more than I expected. This place somehow managed to tear a hole in the sleeve of 3 different shirts and ten tried to blame me for the damage. They said I wore through the shirts even though several shirts bought and worn MUCH more often than these particular shirts had no wear problems. To top it off, they laundered, pressed, and hung them up and delivered them to me without a word about the damage and even CHARGED me for the laundry service! When I confronted them they said it was all my fault that I wore through the shirts and never even offered to refund the cleaning cost much less any compensation for the shirts. This place is absolutely unbelievable. I have a much better service now and want everyone to know about the dangers of this place as they don’t seem to worry about reputation or the power of social networking… beware! Pay a few cents more and get a place that will care about your business.
