Great Expressions Dental Centers Middletown

This place is in the business of making up procedure codes and then charging you for it. I call my insurance every time I have a cleaning and they never heard of these codes. The doctor has no idea what he is doing. They said I had two cavities and they needed to be filled. Went in and he drilled and filled the wrong teeth. I will be filing a complaint with the ADA next week.

The absolute worst place you can go. I have now been waiting a year for the front desk to step up and get an approval to have wisdom teeth pulled. I have been lied to over and over again by this office who never submitted proper documentation requested by insurance to obtain an approval.
My crown on a back tooth chipped shortly after it was installed and I was not met with any type of care or urgency or at least an appointment. I was actually told «If it’s not that bad don’t worry about it» by the front desk.
This place does not have it together. The front desk staff is awful and have attitude problems. Most of all, they do not get their jobs done and it is amazing to me that they are still employed.
I will say that the dentists and dental assistants are skilled and very nice but the front desk staff has ruined it for me. I will never go back to this place.

Every time you turn around your getting billed for something else that you have no idea where it came from. They are doing some kind of corruption and over charging people. I will never bring my kids here again and they will never get my service or my money again. I will definitely recommend everyone take their children somewhere else, and to top it all off my son is now completely terrified of the Dentist, because of this place.

Dr. Ed Oh and his business of great expressions should be shut down. They lied to us over the phone about excepting our health plan and when we arrived they said they take cash and do not except our plan. They claimed to be affiliated with Aetna and Dr Ed Oh stated he wants to get paid first. My son was in pain and he refuse to work on him as we were fully covered by insurance. This doctor is a joke. STAY AWAY FROM GREAT EXPRESSIONS.

So unprofessional doctors, my wife submitted X-​ray two weeks ago, came in to have the job done, receptionist said «the doctor just seen the X-​ray, and it can’t be done. My question is, why have you not call me 1 week ago!!! I would of set an appointment with another doctor!!! So unprofessional!!! Not coming back here again! Don’t recommended to no one!!! Wasted a day of work!!!
