This brand of business people simply don’t exist any longer, with one exception — David Cohen and Green Collar. Two months after the new roof he put on, I called with a problem unrelated to his workmanship, but part of the job. He was there in 4 days and the issue was fixed in a perfect way. From the day we hired him, it was smooth-​going throughout the whole process. Fair contract, fair rate, good and honest work. Although we hired him to do our roof, he is a General Contractor, so he does more which is good for us. Final mention: If Jerry is the Foreman on-​site, you might have some good conversations, some laughter too.
