Very rude customer service! Went to pick up a suit and a few other items and didn’t realize that the pants were hanging inside of the jacket. The lady explained that they hang the pants inside the jacket when its a set. Fine, no problem. Then she stopped the customer next to me, who was also picking up a suit, to show me another example of how they put the pants inside the jacket. Um, this isn’t rocket science, I understood you the first time. Being a smartass was totally unnecessary.
Now that I’m reading the other negative reviews, I’m now questioning whether they did a good job on my wedding dress or not. Hmmm…

Nasty staff. Expensive without the coupon and they are sticklers if you don’t bring it in with your order.

Horrible service. They don’t get stains out, they add stains to your clothes. I gave them an expensive silk/​cashmere sweater set in perfect condition and I get it back from them with pulls in the fabric, stains on the shell and half my buttons missing from the cardigan. Now it is unwearable. Thanks a lot Harmony cleaners.
If you choose to use them don’t expect your clothes to be ready for several days either.
