I did not plan to end up in this store but as I was walking inside the mall, the ladies that were in the perfume department pull me in. I am glad I did, followed my instinct, I end up getting something nice finally for myself.
Customer service was very friendly.

Recently went here shopping for a new couch. We always forget that Macy’s sells furniture. They have a really nice selection of couches and beds. We had seen a couch online but wanted to see it in person before committing.
Our sales person (Lou Ann) was really pleasant to deal with. She first informed me that there would be another sale in May that would feature better deals than currently available. When we settled on the couch that we had seen online she informed us that it was on clearance and that it actually wouldn’t be any cheaper during the upcoming sale in May.
She cut us some slack on the delivery charges since we purchased the matching Ottoman. True to her word the couch we purchased was $ 1000 more the following day on the website. Would def shop here again.
