This is THESLOWEST McDonalds I have ever been to. Doesn’t matter the time of day/night or how full/empty it is. Seriously, be prepared to wait for at least 15 – 20 minutes, even for 2 items(One of which a drink). The icing on top of the cake: usually we are missing an item from our order too. Fries, a sandwhich, the milk to a happy kids meal… Especially at night the staff seems to be incompetent and overwhelmed even with 2 cars in the drive-thru. Management does not seem to care about any of these problems, they need to be replaced in my opinion, there’s obviously a huge problem with management to allow this to continue since the place reopened. Save time and drive 5 minutes up the street to the McDonalds past the overpass!

Well I decided to try this location one more time. So I was thinking hey, no ones inside so I’ll go in. Onl refuse to do the drive thru there. Waited 10 minutes and my number wasn’t even the board that displays serving. No food was even ready. So again I received a refund. How is this the only McDonald I’ve ever been too world wide that doesn’t know how to serve foods quickly. I get food faster at a 5 star restaurant. When I say world wide I mean it from France, Japan to UAE for example. Please listen to this review and don’t waste your time. It much faster and much better service at the one located on Variety or by 75. Update: drove to location near outlet mall and it took less then 5 minutes from start to finish. Didn’t even to put car in park. Update: 5÷31÷16 @ 0830 hrs. Called and shared info with corporate. They said thanks and would share with local management. Curious to see if I get an update which was offered to me from corporate customer relations. It’s a shame the store you love next you is too slow so you have to drive to a further location knowing you’ll still get home much faster. Maybe they’ll get new management that realizes how important time management is. Updates 6÷8÷16 @ 1427 hrs. Corporate still never gave me an updated that they offered. Well that explains why store 2273 doesn’t care and has poor service. Update 6÷9÷16 @ 1125 hrs. Paula from corporate called back and have me an update. She was so sweet. I could tell she cares. She understands that we want to see Middletown do well and this location not fail since its new. I home the store manager accepts the feedback I provided and we see improvements.

They’re lucky to get ONE star. After a 30 minute wait in that monstrosity they call the ‘drive thru’(who thought of merging one line into two ordering lines then back into one line to begin with?) and being cutoff TWICE by the same old lady(she gets a pass for being just that) I get my order to my office, get ready to take a bite of my bacon, egg and cheese biscuit and it seemed rather small. After the first bite I realized why… THEYFORGOTTHEEGG! So I go to the ONE thing I can count on with McDonalds… the coffee… and its freakin’ cold! I’ve had warmer iced coffee. Ugh. I’m about to give up when I tried to call the restaurant but get this… NOBODYANSWERSTHEPHONE! I’ll NEVER go there again… EVER.

NICENEWSTORE, SAMEOLDPROBLEMS… This is a recently reconstructed store. Less than a week old at the time. My family and I sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes without moving, literally. I would have left 10 minutes into it but the area of the thru I was in I wasn’t able to escape. We finally get up to the pay window just for the girl to ask what it was we had ordered. Furious, I just left right there. I could understand a few hiccups on a new store, but that is ridiculous.

Drive thru is the slowest I’ve ever seen it’s slow whether there are 3 cars in line or 20. Fries are ice cold. Ice cream machine is always broken or at least that’s what they say. I’ve complained to corporate several times and all they do is have the manager(who usually sounds about 14) call and apologize but nothing ever changes. It used to be a great store when Mr. Posey owned it. Now that it’s corporate it’s garbage.

Slowest drive thru I’ve ever been in. Took a half hour to gets large coke. Not sure why mcd’s doesn’t address this. It’s actually faster to drive to theVerity parkway location.

Being very kind with 2 stars. Always seem to find a way to get the orders wrong, ice cream and hot chocolate machines always seem to be out of service, asks every car to pull up and wait for their order.

I’d love to say more about the food, but 90% of my visits to this McDonald’s consisted of waiting in the drive-thru so long that I eventually left and went somewhere else. That 10% where I did get food, my order was wrong and the food is cold. I don’t even go inside because it is just as long of a wait and the dining area is usually filthy and chaotic.

I give 1 star ONLY because they have good hot coffee and ice cold Coke. HOWEVER… 9 out of 10 times at their drive-thru they will mess up the simplest of orders. One of the worst McDonalds on the planet. Grill workers with rubber gloves texting, counter people fighting. The place is filthy, service is horrible. Drive thru line was long, so went inside. Total chaos, and non caring. Two counter people, but only one helping customers, very slow. Then that counter person disappeared. 10 minutes went by, no counter people, yet customers continue to come in. Looking in the back, grill worker texting with gloves on. Every once in a while stopped and made food. Not confidence-building. A worker ran in, he must have been late because co-workers ridiculed him, but said he wasn’t as late as another guy and they all laughed. Worker didn’t wash hands, but started handling food, filling orders, gave a bag to a lady who screamed at him that she was grossed out since he didn’t wash his hands. She said she used to work at McDonalds and you were supposed to wash hands. He laughed at her and just kept filling orders. Counter workers then began fighting with each other. In total, it took me 20 minutes to get two fish sandwiches. McDonalds should expect more.
