«This is an extremely educated Karate Family that has an amazing bank of veteran instructors. They teach the art in all its form with emphasis placed on the whole picture not just the mechanics. This approach preserves and grows the martial art as well as properly training the student. This is an extremely effective defense program that fits into a wide range of abilities including young and old. Each student is developed both mentally and physically as an individual. This is accomplished by working with, and around strengths and weaknesses. The friendship bonds that grow in this school last a lifetime. I am proud to be a part! »
