The one star is for the cold, impersonal, unprofessional office staff. They never call you to remind you of upcoming appointments. They only accept cash or check, NO CREDIT/​DEBIT CARDS. Whenever I walk into the office I’m usually greeted with a scowl, blank stare, or no acknowledgement at all. They were charging me the incorrect co pay for nearly a year before they caught the error and decided to say something, then piled that amount onto my bill. I have been trying for a month now to have my file sent to a different office, which can only be done by the office manager, but she’s never available. I have been told she’s off for the day, on vacation, or at jury duty! I strongly suggest you seek a more professional office. Not trying to be bitter, but I’ve been a patient here for 3 years and the poor office treatment has always been consistent.
