This placed was closed for a while, I guess to revamp it and make it more high tech. It looks really nice now(I hadn’t really paid much attention to it before). The staff seemed to be all brand new, so there was a bit of fumbling around and not knowing exactly what to do. We’ve all been a new employee at some point or another, so I didn’t mind that at all. Everyone was very nice. My two star rating is based on the food. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t nearly as good as I was expecting. I ordered the«krispy» chicken sandwich. The chicken was kinda small(it didn’t take up the whole bun, if that makes sense), there was too much sauce, and the bread completely fell apart when I tried to pick the sandwich up. The bun literally crumbled between my fingers making a huge, saucy mess. The taste was pretty bland. Nothing special at all. Again, the staff was great and the place looks nice, but the food is not that good in my opinion.

The service is fast and accurate; food is also amazing. The biggest draw back is the pricing — for example a cheeseburger and a small soda knocked me back with almost an $ 8 price tag. For that kinda money i could have went to a real restaurant. Otherwise, its better than the other eateries in the Galleria.

Located in the Galleria Mall’s Food Court, me and my girlfriend decided to dine here before heading to see a movie. I hadn’t had Nathan’s in a while so eating here brought back memories. I decided to get the Philly Cheesesteak with a side of bacon and cheese covered french fries. The meal ran me $ 9 for my order. I didn’t finish the cheesesteak because it didn’t taste right after a while. The fries were good though. Left here w/the thought that maybe the cooks weren’t as gd as the Nathan’s establishments in Brooklyn. While shopping or catching a movie in the Galleria, id opt to dine @ Planet Wings than the Nathans anyday.
