Westchester County, NY
Classic old Theatre. Seats are comfortable, good sight lines, not a bad seat in the house. Sound System can be hit or miss. Seems to depend more on Artist. Parking is ok, sometimes need go a block away but can always find some. Recent show list could be better but it’s not in wealthy area so it’s a struggle, but we appreciate the effort and love going to this venue.

Most beautiful theater I’ve ever been to. People are very nice. Concession stand is very minimal and the sound was very loud one time we went.

I went here to see some films at the Hoboken Film Festival. The movies and Q&A’s afterward were good.
This is an early 20th century theater and the inside looks great. I feel like if someone snatched a movie goer in 1930 and teleported him to the Paramount in 2013 he wouldn’t know the difference until he stumbled upon someone with a cell phone. I really like that this theater is getting more action recently and I will definitely be back there soon!

A very nice, historic theater. The seats were actually more comfortable than a standard theater! My sister and I came here to see the original Godzilla showing, very fun! Prices were almost as much as regular movie tickets now a days, which is more forgivable though due to their limited showings and seatings. They show a lot of old movies, and have occasional music performances, etc. Definetely would recommend!

Went here last night with DW and my parents to see 1964 The Tribute (Beatles Tribute Band). I’d never been to the Paramount before. I was extremely impressed. It’s a hidden gem in downtown Middletown.
First of all the show was brilliant. Sellout crowd! Thankfully my mother didn’t throw her panties on stage… The band was spot on. The played all the Beatles hits that you love and know, they played up the crowd pretty good. They were on stage for easily 2 hours. Would definitely go and see these guys again.
Now for the Theater, apparently there is a new manager. Everything was well organized, we were able to get in and out without any issues. Parking is scarce but if you know the downtown area you should survive. I wouldn’t hesitate to go and see another show here based on my first experience.
