Called a week ago to set up pool opening, explained that I was moving and wanted to have the pool ready for the kids. Spoke to Randy. Received 2 calls back; first, «sure we can do it, just let me know what day works»(I requested that Monday, was told not a problem) second call, «let me make sure we’re available, I’ll call you back». Waited, waited, waited, I CALLED back and asked if they could do Thursday, Randy: «we’re busy doing installs, I told you I’d get back to you». 2 days later NOCALLBACK, NOCONSIDERATIONFORMYTIME, NOFOLLOWUP. Made me feel like my measly $ 300 plus(ridiculous price by the way for an above ground pool opening) wasn’t enough money or work for them to be treated as a priority. The first interaction was pleasant and I appreciated Randy initially getting back to me, but now, on top of moving, I have to open my pool in preparation for my kids this weekend which they obviously couldn’t care less about.
