Sean, the QHI inspector, was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He was prompt and got right to work. I followed him around during the inspection and asked questions. He patiently explained everything I needed to know and pointed out problems that he found. He took his time and made notes as he went along; the report I received was extensive. Since the property has a well, he drew off samples to be tested, and sent them to a lab for analysis. I would not hesitate to use them again, and recommend them to all my friends and family.
