Still haven’t made it in, but really looking fwd to it. I’m in a wheelchair, or as I like to put it, «I’m a different kind of roller derby mama» so getting out isn’t always easy. BUT my DirectTV guy Andrew highly recommends them! He says they have amazing juices, great hardware, and says the staff is always eager to educate and help! Sounds like a cool well-​appointed shop that’s just what we need in this area!

This place is the worst!!! Poor customer service skills. Don’t know the products they are selling like giving me a 1500mAh battery for the DNA 30D The 1500 isn’t rated for over 20 Watts Which they also didn’t tell me the DNA was a clone. Micro USB on the board didn’t work and they refused to take it back. And told me to contact the manufacturer. But guess what no info anywhere in the literature on who even makes it. I already returned one Itaste MVP to them cause the buttons on the board weren’t seated properly, which they didn’t have any more in stock of in black so they up-​selled me the DNA 30 Clone for 119.00. Think they’re high on drugs. Especially the blonde balding guy, who wanted to argue with me over my previous return saying there was nothing wrong with that and acted like they were doing me a favor by taking it back and selling me a higher priced item… THAT DOESN’T WORK PROPERLY!

They have a good selection of all the best premium e-​juice brands, however they’re a little pricey. They make their own e-​juice as well which is pretty good.
The selection of digital mods was slim pickings. The few they did have were over priced when compared to online prices, but that’s to be expected with brick and mortar stores. I’d give more stars if they had better selection and cheaper options for beginners or frugal spenders.
Store employees seem knowledgeable but not overly friendly. They’re not rude, just very quiet.
