Worse salon experience EVER! This is the hair nightmare you NEVER want to have! I had my hair cut by the owner. I HAD long hair… and just wanted some layering. This was clearly communicated to her. She was distracted running the front desk as well as trying to cut my hair. She layered the same side of my head twice, never touching the other side, then it happened. I felt the scissors right at the base of my neck and she cut, leaving a short hunk right in the middle! I felt intimated and left dumbfounded to get home and look at the back of my head in a mirror. I was in tears when I saw the back of my head. I tried calling the owner several times about having someone ELSE there, try to fix it and she refused to come to the phone! Poor customer service! I went to another salon, paying yet anther $ 60 to have someone cut all my hair off up to the base of my neck! It was the only thing that could be done. BEWARE!!! Don’t end up like me! A five year old could have done better. What a nightmare. This will take YEARS to undo.
