The place is clean. There are plenty of washers and dryers. However, I will drive out of my way to do laundry in the future. We arrived to do laundry today and, while I sorted the laundry into the washer, my fiancé put in the detergent and then put $ 4.50 in the washer. We closed the door and it said we owed $ 4.50. Thinking that the machine might not have registered correctly, I put in another.25 — then another. Knowing that we definitely put in enough, I went to the attendant and told her I think the machine isn’t working. She came around the counter to look, got to the machine and asked if we’d put the money in before closing and locking the door– we said yes. She then proceeded to tell us that you have to close the door before putting the money in, «the directions are right here». Ok– lesson learned. We then requested the money be returned and she told us that«we do not give refunds for customer error». Really?! Ok, we asked for the managers name and number. We were told that she would take our information down to give to the manager and they would review the tapes, but«don’t be confident about getting your money back because the last person didn’t». Had the attendant been even a LITTLE apologetic and/or sympathetic we might have dropped it however I was only shocked at the lack of it. We told her that we would be contacting the Better Business Bureau in the morning and we were told, «they deal with them all the time». Customer service is definitely not their priority. Anyone else with a similar complaint should post it here– with enough complaints a class-actions can be filed against them.

Whenever some part of my laundry room is broken I pass four laundromats and come here. The facility is always clean. The lady behind the counter is usually nice and there are always plenty of washers and dryers.

As laundromats go, this place is pretty decent. It’s clean, well lit, easy to get to, and has lots of big washers. The cheapest washers go for $ 3.25 and can fit a king comforter. The next up size is $ 4.25 and is a double-size and can fit two king comforters. They do have an über sized one, but just one, and it’s $ 7.25. Make sure to read the directions for where the laundry soap and softener go as the diagram makes it look one way, but the actual instructions say otherwise. The dryers are $ 0.25÷8 minutes, and even though you set them on high, it can take more drying cycles than you’d think to get your clothes dry. There is a change machine on premises, and you can purchase laundry products there as well. They also offer wash and fold for a per pound charge, though I don’t know what it is having never used their service. The staff is friendly and helpful, though their personal lives are often front and center at the front desk. Fellow customers are also quite friendly. We’ve been there a few times and no one removes other people’s laundry from machines and dumps it on tables or into the rolling baskets. There are quite a few laundromats in this area, and after checking several of them out, this one is one of the better ones, especially for parking and access.
