I would relocate to Middletown just for this starbucks lol

Always a friendly atmosphere, the baristas really brighten my day here. If you go at a peak time rush it might take an extra minute or two but not a horribly long wait. Other than that super fast service.

Walked into this starbucks and waited 3 minutes and got not one Good morning or just one minute. Two young ladies were just walking back and forth and what l assume was a manager was making drinks. One of them could have said something. I walked out, went down the street to Dunkin Donuts!

Please explain to me how you never have any food? I have tried to order a spinach feta wrap 3 times and you’re out. today you have no paninis or wraps and it’s only 12 in the afternoon. Terrible!

Every time I visit my family I go to this Starbucks. It is sooo big for a Starbucks. Plenty of places tho sit without feeling like you are on top of other people. Great place to have a conversation. Friendly baristas. Starbucks isn’t my favorite coffee but I go there for the environment.

Super slow. They always have a line and the parking is horrible. But the worst, which we have complained to cooperate headquarters, are the NASTY restrooms. Time and time again we have come and the restrooms looks like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks. I’ve been to SB in the city that have cleaner restrooms. It makes me scared to think what the back room where The food is kept looks like. The people are nice though so that helps.
By the way, the ONLY reason I’m able to write this review is that we have been waiting for 23 minutes for a cup of coffee!!! This is ridiculous!!!
Lounge: dirty and loud.
Tip: only got through the drive through then you won’t know where your drink us coming from.

I don’t understand the bad reviews for this location. I have yet to have a bad experience. The drive thru can get long at times but that’s most places in the area. The baristas are very friendly and will accommodate on any orders. I frequent this Starbucks weekly and I see no reason to stop.

Favorite Starbucks to go to!
Of course it can get a bit slow around peak hours (from experience i’d say 2 – 3 and sometimes around 5), but even when it takes a while to get your drink, it’s perfect.
A few of the baristas learned my usual order and all i had to do was say the size. Drive up can be a bit slow and confused at times, have had a few wrong drinks but they fixed them right away. All the workers know what they’re doing and get it done as quick as they can! I will gladly wait on a line for a good coffee-​iced, hot, or blended, it’s well worth the wait.

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. So I posted a tip earlier about the weak coffee. I had been going thru the drive thru so I decided to go in this time so I could see if there was a reason it was so weak. I ordered and went over to watch the lady make the drinks. Well, I found out why they are so weak. She was going so fast that she wasn’t putting the cups all the way under the machine. I watched as she made the person in front on me’s drink and they only received one shot because the other missed the cup. She either didn’t notice or didn’t care cause she served it up. I will never go to this Starbucks again.

I travel extensively, and this is consistently the slowest starbucks around. I like/​luv their coffee, not any other fancy drinks, so it is incomprehensible that a simple decaf coffee would take longer than 10 minutes to make.
Oddly, the starbucks is in a great location and has a nice area to meet or find a spot to chat with a friend.
I have been coming there over 10 years, but never have noticed a difference until the last 2. So I wanted to post this.
Just beware, it make take longer than you anticipate.

I go to a lot of coffee shops and I hate going to Starbucks. Worst service ever, I bought a bag of express roast and asked for some cups. The person helping was really no help at all. She responded by saying sorry we can’t give out cups, only when you buy something. I thought I was buying something, but I guess not in her world. Come here if you want to be disappointed.

I’m sort of shocked by the rating for this branch. While I’d normally give 3 or 4 stars to a regular ol’ Starbucks, I always find that this particular one goes above and beyond. The staff members are consistently happy to serve you, almost jarringly friendly sometimes. It’s my typical Friday afternoon stop on the way home from work, so after a week of teaching middle schoolers, I might not have the brain capacity to chat with the girl in the window about my day, but it’s really nice that someone in service even bothers to ask. I’ve also never had an issue with a single order there. Everything is what I ordered and/​or expected. Yes, the drive-​thru line might be long sometimes, but that’s always during peak hours. When I don’t want to wait there, I park and walk in. Pretty simple.

This is my hometown Starbucks, and they have always been good to me. The best guy there is Jonah, who is chipper and friendly and goes out of his way for you. I love coming for good coffee and good service.

When it comes to Starbucks, people don’t expect how much the taste of coffee can be different from one store to another. This difference comes not from the beans or the machines, but the staffs.
This store employs number of staffs that are not only incapable of making good cup of coffee, but also not very nice.
This being the only Starbucks around there, you don’t have many alternatives anyway.
