The Party Zone USA

We went to Party Zone for my son’s 6^th birthday. The kids had a fun time on the bouncy houses and rides, but the staff and the service were bad enough to make us never return there. Our «party host» was inattentive and much more interested in texting on her phone and eavesdropping on the police activity outside of the place than helping us. A party guest asked her for a wristband because there were not enough for all the kids, and she told the mother of the child to go get one herself from the front desk. She was asked repeatedly to bring plates, cups, etc but seemed like she couldn’t be bothered. Finally brought plates after the guests had eaten cake off of napkins because she just disappeared. My husband asked the man behind the counter for plates and he rudely told him to «go ask the girl for that.»
Speaking of rude, a girl who I assume was a manager approached my husband and other party guests and chastised him because the pizzas and soda from our party were on another table meant for someone else’s party. My husband explained that the party host put them there, but she continued to be nasty and she yanked our food and drinks off the table and took them away!
The staff was completely rude and no one particularly looked like they wanted to be there. I’d much rather go somewhere more friendly and professional to spend my money. This place is a total bust.

This place is boring… I had 2 – 6 year Olds… they rode all 5 rides and got bored with the bouncy house within an hour… save your money and try The Castle in Chester… and dont go hungry… it took 30 min… FOR A HOT DOG! Now that the arcade is gone Party Zone is just another big place with little fun…

I am all ready to have a great birthday party for my 10 year old son. I booked the party 5 months in advance. At the time I book the place is loaded with arcade games. I show up ready for the party and all the games are gone and replaced with bouncy houses!!! You think they would notify their clientele that they completely changed their business. My son was incredibly disappointed. Don’t waste your time at this establishment, the way they do business they will close soon.

So I had a fun filled day planned at the party zone (our first time visiting) I took my three year old son. Within 10 minutes of being in the soft play area two employees of The Party Zone approached my 3 year old son and began repremanding him in harsh tones becuase he was standing too close to the end of the slide. I asked to speak to the manager who I thought would be concerned about his saff speaking to a three year old guest in such a way. But to my surprise he defended their actions and when I objected My son an I were asked to leave. So we gladly left and went to Chuck E Cheese and had a blast. The soft play area cost $ 6 and it is a knock off version of the play tunnel/​side that they have at Mcdonalds. Dont walk runnnnnnn from this place that allows their staff to repremand in harsh tone little 3 year old children
