Super slow service. One person handling multiple customers while other employee stands by idly. Taking time to train employees on our time and chit chat about unrelated business. Even degrading one of the other employees in our presence. Very unprofessional. Definitely avoid if you’re in a hurry.

Have used them often for years. Always pleasant and efficient. I have been shipping some family items to various locations across the country.
They pack it efficiently and safely — and try to minimize my cost. Highly recommended.

Sketchy. I went in with a package to mail and the guy hands me this crooked Xerox copy of a form to sign basically saying they’re not liable for anything that happens to my package. Then he wants me to write down what’s in the box. (This is not for an international shipment, mind you. I know about customs declarations, and this wasn’t one. And I didn’t ask for additional insurance or anything like that.) So basically you want me to tell you it’s fine if it disappears, AND tell you what’s in it? Why don’t I just hand you the stuff without a box, and you can decide whether you want to steal it or send it along? I don’t think so. I wouldn’t sign it, so he handed me back my package and that was that. I went to a different UPS store and shipped it with absolutely no problem. I ship via UPS all the time, and I’ve never had such a shady experience.
