Worst internet service provider I have ever used. I was responsible for platforms and infrastructure at our company, just needed to setup a simple 10Mbps symmetrical link. When it’s good the line is excellent, however, during peak business hours there are so much interference with other customers that the link was basically unusable, you would have an entire company of 30 plus people using an internet uplink that’s degraded to around 1−2Mbps. Obviously our internet grinded to a halt, and so did our productivity. The measured packet loss was 4−7%, and was confirmed by their technician. This got worse and worse lately(they might be signing up more and more customers on our sector), in the last month, it was grinding down to a complete halt multiples times a day. Internal networking tests reveal there are not problem with our internal equipment. We just switched over to TimeWarner business cable, and have no problem with internet at all since.
