WESU Middletown

This is my go-​to radio station. I love NPR and they play them all morning. I know I can listen to NPR elsewhere, but this station comes in crystal clear for me. I find a lot of the college kids shows interesting. And my guilty pleasure is Dead Air (I’m a secret deadhead!) on Sunday nights!

WESU is all you need. NPR during the day, free-​form programming during the evening.
DEAD AIR with Uncle john is one of the best programs ever.

WESU 88.1 FM is great, and im not a DJ at the station :). I havent yet heard Jims Greasepit & Cocktail lounge, but one Thursday I will be in the car and remember to put it on.
I listen to WESU just about every morning on the way to work for their NPR broadcast. Some people don’t like National Public Radio — but they always have some pretty interesting things on, and if it isnt something I care to listen to its not so hard to put my iPod on.
On the way home from work its always something different, sometimes its something i can listen to. On Wednesdays if I am lucky I work late and get to catch Fusion Radio on the way home — James is bangin!. Its worth checking out if you are passing through the middletown area and looking for something that is an alternative to mainstream media.
