Today I was blown away by the impressive service I received at GameStop in midland park. Every associate helped me out and was super kind but Tyler and Kayla helped me check out and assisted me in my purchase. They were both extremely helpful and literally bent over backwards to make sure my experience was legendary. I’ve been going to this specific GameStop since I was 16 years old and I’m now 32 and the employees have always been on point. Every GameStop I’ve ever been to always has a very knowledgable staff, but today topped the cake. Thank you very much midland park games stop crew!

Really enjoying this shop since they opened. Have been to a number of large midnight launches. Very clean and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and passionate about gaming.

Was only here once but was very impressed by the customer service. This is also a huge location that gets inventory on a lot of games/amiibos. I had come in to look for a Wii U pro controller and none were in stock, and the lady was really helpful to see which other stores had it in stock. Given that two other gamestops have closed in my area (woodcliff lake and franklin lakes), this would probably be one of five gamestops I would go to for my future needs (others are interstate shopping center, super 17, bergen town center, garden state plaza).
